The Social Impact Program for Angola (SIPA)
This is a core program of the African Innovation Foundation (AIF) that seeks to drive sustainable development in Angola through local empowerment, harnessing global expertise and in-country knowledge with grassroots development.
SIPA promotes knowledge and information sharing on social development in Angola through fostering growth and equity in 5 key areas.
Through SIPA, AIF facilitates tailor-made programming to support local empowerment, meeting the specific needs of the Angolan people. This is done through a coherent set of international standards that include strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, and materials development.

SIPA works as an intermediary, bridging the information gap between funders and implementing partners. Our approach is innovative, adopting a new form of social development support by linking up local public investors with local CSOs to promote empowerment. Our partners include government departments, NGOs, development agencies, civil society, community leaders, and the media.
